We offer a range of design products and services, some of which has been described on previous pages.

We also offer a design service for the Residential Housing market, where we draw Sketch Plans, including: Floor Plans; an Elevation, and a Site Plan, for the sole purpose of tendering to builders. These documents formalise our clients thinking with regard to their new home, and allows them to gain a greater understanding of what their finished home will look like, and after speaking to a builder, the building costs associated. This eliminates having to go to the expense of full working drawings, before a building price is known.

It is often hard to determine exactly what you would like in your home, so we allow for a revision in the sketch plans so you can take them home, and consider the design, and then make changes should you wish to, before consulting a builder.

Once a preliminary price is established, by a preferred builder, the plans can be fully documented, by them, for construction, based upon these initial concept sketches.
